Cherry Laurels (Prunus Laurocerasus) Hedge

Full Sun to Full Shade. It is incredibly versatile and will thrive almost anywhere in the garden, even in deeply shaded areas under larger trees.

Watering

Moderate. Water it regularly during the first couple of years while the roots establish themselves. Once it is fully settled in, it becomes highly drought-resistant and largely looks after itself.

Soil & Drainage

Adaptable to almost any soil type, including heavy clay, as long as it isn't completely waterlogged. Just make sure the ground has decent drainage so the roots aren't sitting in cold, wet puddles over the winter.
